Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal from contracts concluded online or otherwise at a distance.

You have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

For the purchase of physical goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. In the case of an order consisting of several goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post, before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but you are not required to do so.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

We are not required to reimburse any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

For contracts concerning physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.

Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

3. Return of Physical Goods

If you withdraw from a contract for physical goods, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

You will meet this deadline if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Unless we have expressly agreed to bear the return costs, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusion for Custom-Made and Personalised Products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to your specifications or are clearly personalised to you.

This includes, in particular, products that have been individually manufactured, modified, configured, engraved, printed, designed or otherwise customised according to your personal requirements or instructions.

Such custom-made or personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned under the statutory right of withdrawal once production based on your individual specifications has commenced.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.

5. Digital Downloads and Digital Content

All digital content sold through our shop, including but not limited to downloadable files, digital artwork, templates, software, ebooks, graphics, photographs and other downloadable digital products, is non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order has been placed.

By placing an order, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the performance of the contract and request that the digital content be made available to you immediately after purchase.

Before completing your purchase, you must actively confirm your consent by selecting the designated checkbox at checkout. By selecting this checkbox, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the provision of the digital content will begin immediately and that, as a result, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the provision of the digital content begins.

Accordingly, no returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds are possible after purchase once the digital content has been made available to you.

The required consent and acknowledgement are obtained separately at checkout before the digital content is made available.

This exclusion does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

The exclusions and limitations described above do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have in relation to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods or digital content.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory warranty and other consumer rights irrespective of whether the product is personalised or whether the ordinary right of withdrawal has been excluded.

7. Important Notice

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.
